Traditional bows (longbows, flatbows) provide a more historical shooting experience. Yes! We provide custom compound strings & cables tailored to your specific bow model and draw length. All strings undergo tension-testing in our Cambridge workshop before shipping.

All bows are professionally disassembled (where applicable) and secured in protective cases. Traditional bows are hand-wrapped in waxed linen, while compound bows receive custom packaging with component-specific protection. Carbon components get moisture-proof packaging, and broadheads are securely wrapped according to international regulations.

We ship globally except to some Asian destinations and remote regions due to shipping restrictions. If your location requires special permits for archery equipment, our team will contact you promptly after order placement.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return:

2. Repackage using the original protective materials
3. Include a note explaining the issue for our quality control team
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
