All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our Cambridge workshop.

– Carried by DHL or FedEx
– Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping: For orders over £50
– Carried by EMS
– Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations outside UK/EU. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligible for Return

Most of our archery equipment can be returned, including:

  • Compound bows (Hoyt, Mathews, Bowtech, Elite, Darton)
  • Traditional bows (English Longbows, Flatbows, Hybrid Bows)
  • Archery accessories (Broadheads, Glue-in points, Carbon arrows)
  • Standard bowstrings and cables

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made bowstrings and cables (Compound Strings & Cables)
  • Personalised equipment
  • Opened packages of glue-in points
  • Used broadheads

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • For compound bows, all original components must be included

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return:
Email our Cambridge team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer exchange or refund

2. Receive Authorization:
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (our Cambridge workshop)

3. Package Your Item:
Securely repackage using original materials. For high-value items like Mathews or Hoyt compounds, we recommend additional padding.

4. Ship Your Return:
Use a tracked shipping service. For international returns outside UK/EU, please mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

5. Confirmation:
We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 days after arrival).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Exchange Items: We cover one-way shipping for the replacement

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: May take 3-10 additional days to appear in your account
  • Original Shipping: Not refunded unless return is due to our error
